FIVA ID

FIVA ID Card

An international FIVA document for a historic vehicle. It records key vehicle data, known history, technical characteristics, and changes made after production.

FIVA ID applies to road vehicles at least 30 years old, preserved and maintained in historically correct condition, not used as daily transport, and recognized as part of technical and cultural heritage. UAC, as the national FIVA representative in Ukraine, may support and issue this document.

  • valid for 10 years or until vehicle ownership changes;

UAC statement

Historical Value Statement

A document from the Ukrainian Automobile Club describing the vehicle's historical interest and the club's position on its preservation, value, and uniqueness.

The format follows European club practice for historic vehicle certification: body, chassis, interior, drivetrain, period-correct details, period modifications, model rarity, and supporting materials are reviewed.
