FIVA ID Procedure

The process from preliminary application to inspection, UAC review, document issue, and public verification.

Preliminary application

The owner submits basic data, photos, and contact details on the UAC website.

UAC checks whether the vehicle may fit FIVA ID or Youngtimer procedure.

If needed, the applicant continues in the official FIVA Applications system.

UAC appoints or approves an inspector for vehicle inspection.

Identification numbers, condition, documents, and key details are checked.

The inspector prepares an internal report that is not published publicly.

Materials are reviewed and additional information may be requested.

After approval, the document receives a number, validity, status, and may be publicly verifiable.
